The River Flows Foundation

We are very fortunate to have community partners who care deeply about the well-being of our students. The River Flows Foundation recently donated 200 ties to support our campus’s clothing initiatives. Students will be able to receive these ties, for free, by simply visiting our CARE Centers.

The River Flows Foundation, led by Derrick and Bobbie Cunningham, provides acts of kindness for the purpose of helping individuals have healthy and productive lives. From the very beginning of our campus, our students have proven that when they are supported, they are capable of amazing achievements. Therefore, I am very appreciative of community partners such as this foundation that continues to provide our students with ongoing support.

Back to School Backpack/Health Fair

Back to School Backpack/Health Fair is a free event for the community. Join us as we help to supply backpacks, school supplies, and healthcare needs to families. This event will take place Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Greater Macedonia Baptist Church, located at 5510 W. Sam Houston Parkway North, Houston, Texas. There will also be free hot dogs and face painting.

Here's The Deal- 1st Annual Friendraiser

The River Flows Foundation is a nonprofit that serves the greater north Houston, Texas area. Our mission is to provide positive change through intervention-based solutions, comprehensive services, and real-time referrals to support at-risk families and individuals. We accomplish this through mentoring youth, serving at local elementary schools, and working with our senior citizens. We are seeking to expose our foundation to the community at large and raise funds to help support our endeavors. We will be selling spaghetti plate dinners with green beans, salad, roll, and drink for $12. Please come out to join us for food, wine, music, a silent auction, raffles, and other opportunities to donate. We will also have more information on hand if you'd like to learn about volunteering opportunities.
